What is IPMahir One?
IPMahir One is the working name for a bundled subscription that gives startups and incubators coordinated access to fractional legal, IP, compliance, technology, AI governance, strategy, go-to-market and funding-readiness capability, with connected digital tools.
What does “fractional” mean?
A fractional leader works with you for a defined share of their time instead of full time. You get the thinking of a chief legal or technology officer without paying a full executive salary.
Is anything unlimited?
No. Activation, effort, users, cohort size and specialist work all depend on the plan you or your institution select.
Is TheEntOS Assessment legal advice?
No. It is an indicative readiness diagnostic. It is not legal, tax, investment, cybersecurity or certification advice and needs expert validation.
Does IPMahir guarantee funding, registrations or customers?
No. IPMahir does not promise funding, investor acceptance, registration, patent or trademark grant, certification, customers, revenue, valuation, incubator admission or event placement.
Who provides regulated services such as audit or tax certification?
Legal, tax, audit, valuation, IP-agent, certification and other regulated work is undertaken or coordinated only through appropriately authorised professionals where required, and may be separately scoped.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is being finalised. The plans on the subscription page are configurable. Request a proposal or a startup plan for current information.
Can payment be linked to a grant or funding round?
Where expressly agreed in writing, payment plans may be aligned with incubation grants, programme milestones or funding rounds.
I am a student with only an idea. Can I apply?
Yes. Start with TheEntOS Assessment. It will show what matters most at your stage, in plain language.
Can external founders join an incubator?
Through the “Apply to the network” route, subject to participating-institution availability and selection.
Do the platforms use single sign-on?
Not at present. Each platform has its own login, linked separately from the Platform Login menu.
What happens to the data I enter in the assessment?
Progress is saved in your own browser only if you agree. Submitting your result sends it to IPMahir for follow-up. See the Privacy page for details.
